China Daily USA | Updated: 2016-03-02 11:46

An exterior view of the Oculus structure of the World Trade Center Transportation Hub is pictured in Manhattan on Tuesday. The hub will serve more than 200,000 daily commuters and millions of annual visitors from around the world. At about 800,000 square feet, the hub, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Santiago Calatrava, will be the third largest transportation center in New York City, rivaling Grand Central Station in size. The hub promises to be a destination location, becoming the centerpiece for the entire Lower Manhattan district. Mike Segar / Reuters
