As part of an initiative to re-enforce the luxury hotel's commitment to service, the Ritz-Carlton Beijing recently announced a series of enrichment services to guests who have chosen to stay at the hotel's Club and Suite level.

It has redefined the luxury Club and Suite experience for the 21st century, combining intimacy, comfort and exclusive personal service and attention to detail for today's guests, said management.

As the flagship hotel in the heart of one of the world's most vibrant cities, the Beijing location consists of 61 luxuriously furnished Club rooms and 38 suites.

The Ritz-Carlton Club Rooms and Suites offers distinctive in-room amenities, exclusivity, comforts of home as well as personalized service. It certainly provides an unforgettable urban retreat in Beijing.

Located on the 16th floor, an elegant lounge is set amid the grounds of the Central Place complex, which boasts manicured gardens and a view of the city's skyline.

The Club comprises a living room, a private Internet area and an executive meeting room. The existing benefits that the Club and Suite guests enjoy include 24-hour access to the Club Lounge, personalized check-in and check-out service, complimentary pressing service upon arrival, dedicated Club concierge service and high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access.

Beginning in April, Club and Suite guests, will be escorted directly to their rooms and privately checked in to their new luxury home.

The Ritz-Carlton has also elegantly restored the art of the handwritten note. Each guest in residence enjoys elegant personalized stationery on high quality letterhead in gold lettering.
