China's new banking lending this year may exceed the government's 7.5 trillion yuan target, state broadcaster China Central Television reported, citing Yuan Gangming, a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
Loans may exceed the target as curbs on the property market slows economic growth and increases the need for the central bank to extend more loans to other industries, CCTV reported, citing Yuan.
