A sweet drink made from fermented ginseng and rice is pictured in Geumsan, about 200 km (124 miles) south of Seoul, September 2, 2009. Ginseng or Insam in Korean, is known for relieving fatigue, boosting immunity and fighting cancer with a high content of saponine.
