Street food culture explored in Tianjin

More than 600 guests attended this two-day event, where they were able to taste freshly made food and most importantly, to experience local culture.
According to Hugo Montanari, general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin, the festival aims to bring local experience to all guests. With warm and delicious food, people will reawaken their happy memories or simply enjoy a wonderful cuisine tour.
The hotel plans to hold "A Taste of Street Food" Festival on an annual basis.
