Japanese Michelin-starred chef to grace The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing
Two Michelin-starred Japanese Chef Takagi Kazuo will grace the Ritz-Carlton, Beijing from December 2 to 4 to create a "Japanese meets Italian" food journey at the hotel's Italian restaurant Barolo. His restaurant Takagi in Japan has had two Michelin stars since 2010. During the visit, he will be working with the hotel's resident Italian Chef Amedeo Ferri to present a 5-course set lunch on December 3-4, and a 7-course set dinner on December 2-4. Advanced reservation is required.
