Say farewell to 2015 and hello to the New Year with a carefully crafted repast at The House of Dynasties restaurant, where elegance meets authentic Cantonese dim sum and the treasures of Huaiyang cuisine. The luxurious surroundings of eight private rooms include original artworks by up-and-coming Chinese contemporary artist Pan Dongli. The set menu for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day includes delicate appetizers, roasted goose, stir-fried shrimp, wok-fried glutinous rice and a chilled sago cream.
