Gungho!Pizza which aims to be a green, energy-efficient restaurant, now has its seasonal spring menu (named “green”) out. New dishes include roasted vegetables, pizza filled with egg plants in rice wine, soy sauce and oil, baked sweet yams with hot pepper and beet sauce.
