Chef Ankit Sharma and his team of chefs are from the renowned restaurant of Varq at the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi. They are here to provide authentic Indian fare at East 33, Raffles Hotel Beijing, from Jan 27-Feb 1. Varq is an upmarket restaurant in India that stresses not just taste, but also beautiful presentation. So, this is what you can expect.

With 6 years of cooking experience, the Indian chef loves to eat light oriental food, and likes to cook flavorful Indian dishes like biryani, haleem, and korma.
