Jewelry maker Swarovski introduced a new collection for its 2016 spring/summer lineup. Inspired by the idea of "Between Heaven and Earth", the collection has four sub themes:

"blossoming of happiness" is inspired by the renewal power of spring, incorporating floral pastels and rosy colors. The "nature of strength" line is inspired by the energy of sports and the "mythology of hope" takes influence from ancient Greek Goddesses. The "power of belief" interprets ancient religious symbols in glittering gemstones.

French luxury brand Hermes recently held a preview of its new spring / summer collection for 2015 in Beijing.

The menswear collection is themed on subtle prints. The main colors are white, gray and navy with some highlights of orange. The women's collection translates the dynamics of shadow and light with a set of earth tones. Light materials such as silk, cashmere and linen are used. There is also a collection of accessories that include silk scarves and leather handbags.
