The bushy-browed model was accompanied by Pukka the tortoise, Spud the cockatoo and Dusty the pony as she posed in front of a table laden with tea pots, plates, cakes and delicious-looking desserts for the new ads shot by Tim Walker.
Cara teased fans on Instagram with a picture of her posing with Spud on her shoulder.
She captioned the image: "#regram @mulberry_editor #SS14 campaign coming soon... (sic)".
Art director Ronnie Cooke Newhouse gushed about the "beautiful but naughty" campaign and was delighted with how Cara behaved with the animals.
She told WWD.com: "The spring 2014 campaign was a beautiful but naughty tea party with Cara and her ark of animals - the perfect Mulberry moment. They didn't have the best table manners, but Cara was very forgiving."
Mulberry brand director Anne-Marie Verdin added that the campaign provides "a romantic, literary and very British feel to the Mulberry brand."
The shoot took place at Shotover House, an 18th century country manor in Oxfordshire, England, which is also where the luxury brand previously shot their fall campaign.
Edward Enninful acted as stylist, Val Garland was the make-up artist, Malcolm Edwards did the hair and the set design was undertaken by Rhea Thierstein.
