He told French TV show 'Le Petit Journal': "I don't understand the change of hair. I adore Madame Obama, I love her. But there is a news reader at LCI which has this haircut.
"Frankly, this doesn't suit her. The fringe was a bad idea, it's not good."

It was recently claimed that 78-year-old Karl enjoys pretending to be a statue in the streets of Paris.
The Kills star Alison Mosshart revealed: "One time, I was at Café de Flore in Paris and he was sitting outside on a bench on the pavement almost like a statue - it was the most amazing thing.
"People kept walking by, sitting down next to him and having their photos taken and then they'd get up and walk away. He didn't say a word."
