Detained passengers wait in service counter for changing flight or ticket cancellation in Changshui Airport in Kunming, capital of Southwest China's Yunnan province, Nov 30, 2013. The airport shut down again on Saturday as heavy fog kept shrouding the major air hub. Visibility hasn't improved and the airport's runways are not suitable for takeoff and landing.
