Solar halo rises in E China

A solar halo occurs in the sky above Huangshan Mountain in East China's Anhui province, April 27, 2012. The halo stayed in the sky for nearly two hours. A halo is an optical phenomenon produced by ice crystals and creates colored or white arcs and spots in the sky. [Photo/Asianewsphoto]
