An aerial view shows the newly built Songpu Bridge in Harbin, capital of Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, Oct 12, 2010. The 4-kilometer bridge, spanning the Songhua River, was opened to traffic on Wednesday. The eight-lane bridge, a 5-minute crossing, can carry up to 9,800 vehicles during peak hours.
