 Flood waters run through a bridge in Chizhou city of East China's Anhui province, July 13, 2010. Torrential rain hit the city Tuesday, causing floods that cut off roads and triggered landslides. More than 50,000 residents were stranded in the flood waters while police and civil militia were making all-out efforts to evacuate them to safety. No casualties have been reported so far.
