Parents camp out for 8 days outside kindergarten
Parents and grandparents rest in cars and tents outside a kindergarten while waiting to get their children and grandchildren registered in a kindergarten in Changping district, Beijing on June 9, 2010. They have been waiting day and night for eight straight days, even though the kindergarten hasn't posted its enrollment schedule yet. Parents said that the kindergarten usually started enrollment on June 24 each year, but they were worried that their children wouldn't be able to get in because of limited space.
