A tea party for the upcoming Tibetan New Year was held for Tibetans and other people from various circles by the Beijing Office of Tibet People's Government and China Tibetology Research Center in Beijing, capital of China on Feb. 20, 2012.
Nearly 300 people, including the aged who once worked in Tibet, Tibetans who now work or study in Beijing and people form various circles, got together at the tea party to celebrate the Tibetan Water-Dragon New Year, which falls on February 22.
