Pattinson: 'Bel Ami is full of sex'

Robert Pattinson has admitted that his new movie Bel Ami features several explicit scenes.

Pattinson, who has previously described his character in the film as "amoral", told MTV News: "There's a lot of sex in [Bel Ami]."
He added that the movie is not a typical period drama despite being set in the 1890s.
"[The film] is like the complete antithesis of what you normally think period dramas are about," he explained. "In Paris, everybody was just going nuts. It was like the 1980s. Sex was kind of a weapon and a tool, and it's odd."
Pattinson also revealed that the scenes are different to the romantic parts of his other project Remember Me.
"It's incredibly different," he said. "The [sex scenes] in Remember Me are pretty tender, and in Bel Ami there's something very mercenary about it in a lot of ways."
