Best Actor: Benicio Del Toro, "Che" (United States).
Best Actress: Sandra Corveloni, "Linha de Passe" (Brazil).
Best Screenplay: "Lorna's Silence," Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne (Belgium).
Golden Camera (first-time director): "Hunger," Steve McQueen (Britain).
Best short film: "Megatron," Marian Crisan (Romania).
