American actress Kate Hudson has revealed that she does not like watching her own movies.

The 28-year-old actress said that she can't bear to watch herself on the silver screen.

Hudson can be seen happily posing for photographs on the red carpet at the premieres of her films.

But she has been noticed to be absent more often from the theatre when the movies start rolling.

"It's really a bizarre experience to see yourself in a movie and I don't think I will ever get used to it," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

"It's almost getting worse. I still shake and sweat. I just don't like it. I don't know what it is," she added.
