Eva Longoria has been banned from having a baby with new husband,
basketball star Tony Parker, for at least a year by Desperate Housewives bosses.
The actress, who plays Gabrielle Solis in the hit US show, got married to
Parker in a ceremony in France on Saturday.
But she has been told she is not allowed to start a family with him just yet
because being pregnant is not in her character's script.
Show boss Marc Cherry announced the news to the couple during his wedding
speech, but Longoria said she does not mind.
She said: "We're fine with that. We want to spend some time with each other,
even though we want kids very much."
