U.S. TV personality Mario Lopez has bought Longoria and Parker Kwiat Solaris jewellery pieces to mark the couple's upcoming nuptials.

Lopez splashed out more than GBP5,000 on an 18-carat white-gold bracelet for his friends and a 1.27-carat tie pin for the groom-to-be.

Desperate Housewives star Longoria and Parker began the celebrations for their nuptials at the weekend with a his-and-her bachelor party in Saint Tropez, France.

The couple arrived in Paris on Monday morning, according to People magazine. They will stage a low-key wedding followed by a lavish reception at Chateau de Vaux le Vicomte, two hours south of Paris.

Celebrities expected for the nuptials include Longoria's Desperate Housewives castmates, Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, Jamie Foxx, Lopez and Parker's San Antonio Spurs teammates.
