Ben Affleck has been rushed to hospital - with a migraine.
The 'Pearl Harbour' star was taken to an emergency room in Boston on Memorial
Day after complaining of pains in his head.
In a statement, Affleck's spokesman, Ken Sunshine, said: "Ben was treated for
a migraine at Mt. Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts on Monday.
advertisement "He was released that afternoon and is recuperating at home."
According to reports, the 33-year-old actor was driven to the hospital by his
wife, and 'Daredevil' co-star, Jennifer Garner.
The couple - accompanied by their 6-month-old daughter, Violet - are in
Cambridge for the summer while Affleck directs new movie 'Gone, Baby, Gone'.
The film - which stars Morgan Freeman, Ed Harris, and Ben's brother, Casey -
is about two detectives investigating the case of a missing 4-year-old.
Meanwhile, Affleck has been hotly-tipped to play a captain in the new 'Star
Trek' movie.
The handsome star - who is a huge fan of the sci-fi series - may play a
heroic chief of his own spaceship.
A source said: "Ben's a real Trekkie so he's pretty excited about
it."
