A gala was staged Wednesday night in the Tianhe Stadium of Guangzhou, the host city of the 2010 Asian Games, marking the event's 100-day countdown. Three theme-song candidates debuted, called "Reunion", "Sunshine Again" and "Glorious Presence", featuring pop artists' joint performances. "Reunion" with famous singers Mao A'min and Sun Nan outshined the other 2, as its English lyrics were the efforts of Nobel Prize winner Chen-Ning Franklin Yang and his wife Weng Fan. |
