A report by consulting firm MyCOS showed college graduates switch jobs twice on average in the 3 years after graduation, the China Youth Daily reported Thursday. 88% of the graduates switching jobs resigned voluntarily instead of being sacked. 31% resigned because they don't think they could develop well in the companies and 25% thought their payment and benefits were not good enough. |
