政协呼吁狠刹'不正之风'

A political advisor Wednesday panned "empty talk" among government and Party officials, saying they care more about their own careers than the interests of the people, Xinhua reported. Zhu Zhenzhong, chairman of the Guangzhou municipal committee of the CPPCC, said meetings are "full of clichés, nonsense, empty talk, political jargon, and lies." Zhu made the comment at the ongoing session of the CPPCC National Committee.

据新华社报道，广州市政协主席朱振中10日在全国政协会议上发言呼吁，狠刹搞形式、唱高调、耍花架子的不正之风。朱振中说，一些党政机关和领导干部的工作不是为了人民群众的利益，而是"给上级、给领导看的"。"千篇一律的会议和生搬硬套的官样文章，被群众戏称为'常说的老话多、正确的废话多、漂亮的空话多、严谨的套话多、违心的假话多'。"朱振中说。
