For the 9th consecutive year, silver has ranked as the world's most popular car color, accounting for 25% of choices in the US, 35% in Europe and 34% in the Asia-Pacific region, data from US company PPG Industries shows. White, black and red rank 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the US.
