Even babies are crazy about English

An English class for 6-month-old babies was launched in Shanghai on Sunday.

Since the 1980s, English learning mania has swept the country even extending to nurseries.

The year-long course of weekly 45-minute classes costs 6,800 yuan (US$839.50).

The full seven-year extravaganza costs more than 40,000 yuan (US$4,938).
