China, Australia to hold 2nd round of FTA talks

Australian Trade Minister Mark Vaile said in Canberra Thursday that the upcoming second round of talks on free trade between China and Australia will focus on promoting bilateral understandings.

The trade minister said the Australian business circles cherish the opportunity to enter the Chinese market, and the free trade will bring more profits to Australia.

He announced that Australia will send a delegation to exchanges views deeply with China on concerned export details of agricultural products.

China and Australia will hold the second round of talks on bilateral agreements of free trade from August 22 to 24. In May, both sides held the first round of talks in Sydney.
