Inspection and quarantine officers conduct a final check March 22, 2004 in Shenzhen before a truckload of processed fresh chicken is shipped to Hong Kong. This is the first batch of processed fresh poultry supplied to Hong Kong since the outbreak of Bird Flu was reported in late January. Exports of live poultry to Hong Kong are expected to resume soon.
