Aniston sues paparazzo, warns media over topless photos

Aniston's attorney sent a blistering missive
to gossip rags warning them that if they run the photographs, taken by
shutterbug Peter Brandt, they'd be looking at "substantial monetary
damages." Aniston previously sued a different paparazzo for allegedly
scaling a neighbor's 8-foot wall and photographing her sunbathing topless
in her backyard. The photos ran in several publications. Actresses
including Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson and Lindsay Lohan have had
