Zhu admitted this is a "big loss" both to his team and to Zheng as the playmaker would have to miss two matches in preliminary round of the Asian Cup next year.

But Zhu didn't forget a talk to comfort his player as Zheng had already been awakened to hear one of the worst news in his career.  

"The influence on Zheng would be essential, but he need to face the truth," Zhu said.
