Maradona's television show experiences high rating

BUENOS AIRES, August 23 (Xinhua) -- The second television program of the show "La Noche del 10," conducted by former Argentine star Diego Armando Maradona, experienced the highest rating level in Argentina.

Maradona interviewed in his program, conductor Susana Gimenez, Argentina NBA star Emanuel Ginobili, tennist Guillermo Coria - also from Argentina - and Guatemalan singer Ricardo Arjona.

Channel 24 executives said La Noche del 10 experienced a 34.9-point rating, amounting to 3.4 million people, at this capital and its surroundings alone.

With Gimenez, Maradona went from interviewer to interviewee.

In his first program, last week, Maradona presented former world soccer star, Brazilian Edson Arantes do Nascimento "Pele."

Channel 24 said that the second program La Noche del 10 surpassed the rating of the first one.
