China and Mongolia signed a summary of talks recently to establish a boundary river bridge near Arxan Mountain of Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region.

The the bridge will facilitate the early opening of a port in that area that will be the fourth channel between the Asian and European continents, and a new port between China and Mongolia.

The site of the bridge bypasses the natural reserve and helps it make construction of the port. The two sides also reached an agreement on moving the same steps on building up the port and the surrounding facilities.

The city of Arxan lies in the east part of Sino-Mongolian border.
