A man directs the operation to lift the
wreckage of the bus out of the mountain valley in Enshi, central China's
Hubei Province July 16, 2005. At about 4:0am on the day, a passenger
coach, running from Kaixian in southwest China's Chongqing to Guangdong
Province, slipped off a mountain highway and crashed into a deep valley.
Seventeen were killed, and 37 were injured, including 17 students aged
below 15. The injured are treated in a local hospital and the accident is
still under investigation. [newsphoto]
