Jang Nara | Singer and
actress Jang Nara will be appointed Cultural Ambassador of China.
According to Jang's official homepage, narajjang.com, the China
Cultural Center in Seoul announced her designation on Tuesday.
"Jang will attend a ceremony for her appointment on Aug. 8, when she
returns from China," the Web page said.
Jang considers the post to be important for relations between South
Korea and China, it added.
