The Argentinian is on loan with the Champions League finalists and has been instrumental in their success, but he is due to return to Stamford Bridge next season.

"The future of Crespo depends on Chelsea," said AC Milan vice president Adriano Galliani. "We know that for Crespo to remain a Rossonero player would be very much welcome and we will try to satisfy him in any way."

Galliani and Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti were among the 250 guests at Crespo's wedding in Como on Monday.

Milan may have had a chance to discuss Crespo's future as Chelsea's chief executive Peter Kenyon was reportedly invited to the ceremony.

Filippo Inzaghi has missed most of the season through injury, but Crespo has been excellent in his place with 10 league goals and four in the Champions League.
