Premier Wen to attend ASEAN+3 summit

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao will take part in the Eighth ASEAN Plus China, Japan and ROK Summit in Vientiane, the Capital of Laos from November 28 to November 30, 2004, said Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue in Beijing at a press conference Thursday.

The Chinese premier will also attend the Sixth China, Japan and the ROK Summit, said Zhang.

According to Zhang, Wen will also pay an official visit to the Lao People's Democratic Republic at the invitation of Lao Prime Minister Boungnang Vorachith.
