Water Dragon Festival welcomes tourists
A team of dragon dance performs in spraying water during the Water Dragon Festival, a traditional festival of the Buyi ethnic group, at the Buyi-Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Qiannan, southwest China's Guizhou Province, Sept. 17, 2004. Thousands of local residents and visitors participated in the event and sprayed water to teams of dragon dance as a way of blessing.
