China international midfielder Zheng Bin netted the only goal of the game as a weakened Shenzhen Jianliabo edged struggling Inter Shanghai 1-0 to move seven points clear at the top of China’s Siemens Mobile Super League.

The league leaders, who were missing six regular starters including China skipper Li Weifeng and Zheng Zhi, got the only goal of the game after 27 minutes as Zheng Bin converted a free-kick from just outside the Inter box after Zlotan Kovacs had been fouled.

Inter’s attempt to get back into the game were hampered when midfielder Huang Young was sent off in the second half. The Shanghai side have just one win in nine matches this season are in 10th place, just three points ahead of last placed Sichuan Guancheng.

The win moved Shenzhen up to 22 points, seven clear of Shandong Luneng and Dalian Shide. Shandong were beaten 1-0 by Beijing Hyundai in their latest match while Dalian did not play due to AFC Champions League commitments and have two matches in hand.

Liaoning Zhongyu missed out on an opportunity to move up to second place as they went down 2-0 at Tianjin Taida, who moved off the bottom of the table following their first win of the season.

After going winless through their first six matches of the season, Chongqing Qiche have climbed up to sixth place following a 2-1 away victory over Qingdao Beilaite, their four straight league win.
