Although it has not been confirmed yet, the flame might be carried again across the city on Monday afternoon.

"If we were in any other city of the world I would say that theflame will not leave the hotel, but being Rio de Janeiro who knowsif she is interested in one more turn to see those so pretty images of our city," the Brazilian Olympic Committee InternationalRelations Director Carlos Roberto Osorio said.

The local Olympic authorities said that the participation of the citizens of Rio de Janeiro in the Olympic fire was a great event.
