most active in job-hopping, today's Youth Daily reported.
Citing data from Shanghai Job Placement Center, the report said 53 percent of
this age group plan to change for a new job in three months and nearly one-third
are eager for a change in one month.
Job fairs are the most frequent place the job seekers will turn for help.
According to the job center's survey on 5,000 people under 35 years old,
nearly 60 percent will go to job fairs to look for jobs, compared with a little
more than one-third that prefer online recruiting website and slightly more than
30 percent that like to get job information from their
friends.
