Massive development complex in Beijing

Designers introduce a model of
China Central Place. The complex, which will involve an investment of 8
billion yuan (US$960 million), is one of Beijing's major projects to
enhance its international status. It will include more than 230,000 square
meters of office space, eight residential towers, 160,000 square meters of
retail shopping space and a large park and sports centre.
