Members of the 10th National Committee of the
Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference approach the Great Hall
of the People in central Beijing March 3 to attend the second plenary
session. More than 2,220 members participated, together with foreign
diplomats and other invited personages and hundreds of journalists.
