    A cultural festival aimed at promoting the 2008 Beijing Olympics kickstarts at the China Millennium Monument in Beiing September 21, 2003. The 10-day festival - First Olymic Cultural Festival for 2008 Olympics - features exhibitions, symposiums, concerts and other public events.
