Chinese vice-premier meets Kyrgyzstan first deputy PM

Chinese Vice-Premier Huang Ju said China will work with Kyrgyzstan to further strengthen bilateral existing friendship and cooperation.

Huang made the remarks here Wednesday at a meeting with Kyrgyzstan First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice Kurmanbek Osmonov.

Huang pointed to the sound development of bilateral relations with frequent high-level contacts and fruitful cooperation in various fields since the two countries forged diplomatic ties over 10 years ago.

China appreciates the Kyrgyzstan government's one-China policy and its support for and cooperation with China on many major international issues, said Huang.

He also briefed the guests on China's building of democracy and the legal system and its judicial reform.

Osmonov expressed his satisfaction with the development of bilateral relations and said Kyrgyzstan will strengthen cooperation with China in the economic and social fields and make concerted efforts with China for safeguarding national and social stability and regional security.
