FIFA's Tibet error raises netizens' ire

Netizens in Beijing have been
expressing their displeasure with the Federation of International Football
Associations (FIFA) for listing Tibet as a country neighbouring China on an
official website, reports Beijing Times.
A netizen calling himself "Dust of Heaven" first discovered the error, which
identified Tibet, together with Russia, India, Mongolia and other nations, under
"China's neighbouring countries" on the official English and French website for
the 2006 World Cup, co-hosted by Yahoo.com and FIFA.
The paper said it had contacted FIFA and Yahoo asking for an
explanation.
