Expelled pimp has hotel mobbed
( 2003-12-04 17:04) (China Daily)

Nine suspects have been arrested by Shenzhen police for organizing more than 100 people to mob a hotel after a pimp was thrown off the premises, reports Southern Metro News.

A security guard at the unnamed hotel confronted Gao after a guest complained about being pestered by a pimp at the entrance on November 24.

Gao ignored the warning. Instead, he summoned four men to hang around the hotel with him. When security guards tried to subdue him, a fight broke out and about 40 more men came to his rescue.

After three police officers showed up to investigate the incident, more than 100 men and women charged into the hotel, attacking the guards and policemen and vandalizing the hotel itself.

The mob did not disperse until police back-up arrived.

And Gao boldly walked into a police station the next morning, claiming he was only taking a break at the hotel when he was beaten by hotel guards for no reason.

Police caught the other suspects through Gao.
