Sign missing after 'unfair judgment' ( 2003-11-26 17:27) (China Daily) A man living in Fugu County,
Yulin City, in north Shaanxi Province who disagreed with the county court's
judgment in a lawsuit, removed the court's sign, Xinhua News Agency reports.
On November 13, court staff noticed that the sign normally displayed over the
entryway of the People's Court of Fugu County was missing.
Later Li Zhilin, the court director, received a call from a man surnamed Zhu.
Zhu said he was unhappy with a lawsuit judgment through which he suffered
economic losses he felt he did not deserve.
He added that he planned to take the sign to Beijing to file an appeal.
Zhu was found with the court's sign in Xinzhou in North China's Shanxi
Province a week later.
